Sounds like a heck of a deal!

I have a question can this run System 7? And is the floppy drive
and/or hard drive compatible between the MacIIci and this G3?

The minimum system version is 8.0.

The floppy drive is a different model than the one used in the IIci. (In the IIci days, the floppies sort of automatically "sucked in" the disk; newer floppy drives don't do this.) According to this informative page, the G3's floppy drive may electrically work in the IIci, though it probably won't physically fit in the case:

The hard drive in the G3 is an IDE drive. The IIci needs SCSI hard drives. Also, the maximum partition size recognized by systems earlier than 7.5.5 is 2GB. So if you try to put a drive bigger than 2GB into a IIci, you will need to partition it into volumes of slightly less than 2GB each. The maximum number of volumes on a disk is 8, I believe, so the largest size drive you could put in a IIci (without starting to waste space) would be a 16GB drive. But that would probably be overkill anyway.
