Specifics may indicate what you may do. Generally on
Nokia handsets you can change the operator logo
*provided* that the operator hasn't gotten something
that will not let you override changing the logo.
T-Mobile where they use the EONS SIM won't let you
override the operator logo. What make of phone are
you trying to change?
