I've been with VoiceStream/T-Mobile since June of 2000 and I've roamed
in Europe, Isra�l and Mexico with it.  I have the "pre world class"
legacy rates so I generally pay less than people who have world class
rates.  So far it's worked great.

I have used local prepaid SIMs in the Netherlands and in Isra�l.
