And since you are so sur eyou checked your facts... Check and see who owns the towers and network in CA and NV, it is not Cingular... TMobile USA owns the netowrk... In some areas the OpLogo flag form the sites may stil trigger as Cingualr on some device since Cingular used to own some of the network, but it is all now TMobile
And back to the incurance... Since TMobile is acting as an agent for the insuracne, and the carrier is the one rasing prices... and since they are making a business decision based on previous insurance carrier failures and they dont want to join them due to people who play the system... How is THAT Tmobile's fault or failure?
