They DO own them.. Period... It isnt T-Mobile who is "playing" around... it is the people who are abusing the system... The carrier cant keep losing money, so they have to raise the rates somehow... TMobile doesnt control the prices...
And considering there is only one major carrier of handset insurance, and that is the carrirer TMobile uses... There arent a lot of options to chaneg carriers, do to the historically high costs caused by abuse... So if you wish to raila gainst someone, rail against the abusers...
