<ok get a life your the rude one and do us all a favor and block me and remover your self your the kind of people we dont need in these group the people only in here to bash people and make trobel> Kevin, I understand your frustration with people pointing out your spelling and grammar errors but you have to understand that you emails are hard to understand for most of us. The beauty of having a spell checker is that it does catch misspelled words and allows all of us to get our ideas across better. Gil has contributed many useful posts to this group as have you. If you look at the subject of your email you can surely understand how people in this group, including those with T-Mo issues, don't fully understand your reasoning. If something is too expensive for you there are other alternatives. For example, I use 3Gupload for ringtones - I would never pay $1.29 or whatever they cost. I don't have insurance on my phones - in the event one does stop working I will just get a cheap Nokia 3595 off eBay. As for coverage and towers - well I ran into that when traveling - no service in Cumberland State Park or the Smokies (but Verizon had coverage) but I still like T-Mo. I used Sprint and Cincinnati Bell( AT&T) previously and for me T-Mo is far superior in customer service AND - get this - I recently bought 2 additional V600s off Amazon - changed my plan to the family plan (1000 minutes $79.99) got my 2 $100 rebates from T-Mobile today (in less than one month) AND will still be able to get 2 $150 each rebates from Amazon after I send them a copy of my 2nd bill showing I paid my 1st bill (family plan qualifies). I, for one, am a very satisfied T-Mo customer (and accessing the internet with my laptop via Bluetooth and only paying for this when I travel is a definite plus). Good luck with your service and remember this is an excellent group to ask questions and get answers - if you review the posts you will see there has seldom been any "bashing". Donna Becker
