That is true, but Minnesota already has very good T-Mobile coverage. I have also discovered that we can use our ToGo phones in some areas that are outside of the coverage map. Our coverage is supposed to end at about Cloquet on I-35, but I have found that my ToGo phone works on Unicel all the way into Duluth.
