That is true, but Minnesota already has very good T-Mobile coverage.  
I have also discovered that we can use our ToGo phones in some areas 
that are outside of the coverage map.  Our coverage is supposed to 
end at about Cloquet on I-35, but I have found that my ToGo phone 
works on Unicel all the way into Duluth.  By the time we get to 
Duluth we are about 20 miles outside of what the map says our 
coverage should be.
