Do you know this for a fact?  You can charge whatever you want for
shipping charges as far as I know.  It's extremely common to see some
items listed for a very low price with the actual price with shipping a
"normal" rate.  It's eBay's fault for encouraging this with their high
insertion and final auction fees.
