I'm sure you could make trouble for someone but let's be realistic  
here.  They don't hide the charge from you.  People wouldn't have to  
resort to these "tricks" if eBay wasn't so greedy and constantly  
upping their insertion and end of auction fees.  Yes, sure it galls  
me that they're "charging" a huge amount as the delivery charge but  
the actual price of the item when delivered is 95% of the time  
reasonable.  I don't see what good it does to make things tough on a  
seller unless you feel good that you "showed 'em."  It seems rather  
spiteful to me.  You have the choice when you view the auction to  
either bid or not.  If you think their charge for shipping is  
ridiculous simply do not bid on the item.
