Limited roaming with T-Mobile To Go service has been available for a
few months now both in the US with other GSM affiliates as well as
Rogers in Canada and roaming in Mexico as well.  Roaming is generally
free without any extra cost in the USA but incurs a charge outside of
the US.  It's 69ยข/minute to make or receive calls in Canada.
