It's 20¢/minute thus equalling 69¢/minute for receiving calls while in
Canada.  Interestingly enough if you have "legacy" international
roaming rates you only pay 32¢ to receive calls while roaming
internationally.

The 15¢ per message rate does not kick in til the 1st of June.
