Mary - I have a Samsung T509 and while I could email Mp3s to it - I could not use them as ringtones. So here was my solution. If any of you have a Samsung T509 and try to wap, email or bluetooth an MP3 to your phone you will not be able to use it as a ringer. Believe me I have tried. So after much fiddling around I figured out how to get around the T-Mo or Samsung restriction that requires you to download ringtones from T-Mo and (gasp) pay for them. (midi files can be emailed to your phone and then set as ringtone or caller ringtone but mmf cannot be emailed to your phone - the attachment is dropped as is MP3). 1. Trim your Mp3 - I use a program called Mp3 trim (free) 2. Convert to Wav - I use a program called Streambox ripper (free) 3. Convert Wav to MMF - I use a program called PSM Play 4.5 (free) 4. Bluetooth from your computer (must have bluetooth adapter of course) to your phone using the free Samsung software on their website for the T509 called Pim File Manager 2.0 5. The quality is not as good as Mp3 but better than nothing I also discovered if you rename your mmf to .mid and email to your phone it shows up as available to set as a ringtone too. Therefore Mary I wonder if you follow the first 3 steps if it would work for the Nokia 6030. BTW I am sure there has to be an easier way! DonnaB
