Not to Mention Charges of MMS !

In my experience, files sent via MMS somehow become unplayable.
Besides if your phone expects MIDI format files then you can not just
rename the file and expect the phone to play it.

You need to convert these files from MP3 from to MIDI format. Usually
it goes like

MP3 => WAV => MIDI for obvious reasons.
Try
http://www.convert-ringtones.com/

Some Phones have limit on ringtone size. However the ringtones listed
aren't that big if you intend to use in MIDI or RNG form. if you need
to use them in WAV form then that depends on your phone.
