I finally got fed up with my Blackberry Pearl problem (well, more of an
annoyance - incoming calls are silent for several seconds where I can hear
the caller, but they can't hear me) and decided to call TMo customer service
to try and get a replacement handset.  They told me that this is a known
issue with the Pearl, but that a new software update is available that will
fix it and directed me to install it.  Well, it ended up crashing my phone
(error 543).  They couldn't order a replacement tonight because the system
was down or something, but said when I call tomorrow morning, they'll be
happy to send me one.  Has anyone else had the same problem with the Pearl
or installed the new Version 4.2.1.107 update?
