I am running the latest .107 OS and there should be no issues with the
delay
silencing on the incoming calls with this version. I did have this issue
with the early TMO .64 version but have upgraded to other non-TMO OS's over
the
past year since I bought the Pearl and did not have the issue with any of
them and do not currently with .107.

I know the dissappearing call logs etc I believe are related to memory
leaks
etc. I have never had the problem, but always do a lot of maint. on the
phone to keep it cleaned up. Clear event logs etc. (ALT LGLG)

You usually get that 543 error when the OS has been corrupted or goes bad.
I might suggest sifting trhough some posts over at BlackBerryforums.com.
You can reload the OS back on from the 543 error. In fact everytime I wipe
my device and reload it I get that message before reinstall.
