I have a 2,000 minute family plan but want to reduce it to a 1,000 minutes
family plan. 2 phones are out of contract but 1 phone is not out of contract
till next year. Anyhow I was told if I change the minutes all 3 phones will
have a one year contract extention. I was also told something like I should
upgrade my phones before I do this. I am totally confused now in spite of
asking the guy a couple times to explain why. If I upgrade the phones I
thought that required a 2 year extention which I don't want to commit to plus
then if I reduce the plan would that add yet another year of contract? Could
some kind soul explain this to me? Also does anyone know if I changed it would
I lose my $9.99 unlimited text price? DonnaB
