Supposedly 550 Wal*Mart stores had (have?) it for $148.88 (still need to get the 2-yr contract). I'd check their website. I was one of the people who got the initial pre-order, and I love it. It literally improves daily (with new apps being created), but it is not flawless. I went from one-handed use of Palm to two-handed use. Once you get over that, however, it's awesome!
