The 19.99 internet plan doesn't exist any longer. If you didn't have it before the change then you are SOL. The new internet plan is 24.99. The data plans changed in early Novemeber. The price increase is a side effect of t-mo's 3G launch and applies whether you have 3G available or not. If you have the 19.99 plan now nothing has changed for you, my wife's line is grandfathered with this data option.
