Sponsored by TWIST - Tablet Weavers International Studies & Techniques After a long hiatus from tablet-weaving, I'm trying to learn how to do the double-faced technique. I must be missing something pretty basic, because my design is not turning out. I can get the plain colored surface okay, and I understand about the two turns forward, two turns back. My problem is when I'm changing tablets between the design pack and the background pack. For reference, I'm using Linda Hendrickson's book, and I'm making a practice band using the design on page 67. If the design tablets move opposite of the background tablets, at the end of two picks, the AB line will be in different places in the two packs, right? So, when one moves a tablet between the packs, one has to turn it to make the AB line match up with the new pack, or they will be all screwed up, isn't that so?
Is there a video that shows how to weave this technique, or a web-site that goes step by step? ===== Diane Pinkers, DVM Raymond WA __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
