I too have my doubts about the age if the band in LA. They do not say nothing about the finding place/situation so I second Eckhards opinion about the age. And the pattern seems to be of later date, as I see it. But it could be interesting to ask the museum of more facts- unfortunately my written english does not work sufficiently for that kind of enquiry - I guess.
