Hi Gudrun,
I've tried using my handspun (22 micron merino plied on itself) for
diagonals using Candace Crockett's pattern. I put a lot of twist in the
singles and it worked very well. I used shades of earth tones (mostly
browns) and really enjoy the subtle look. I'm spinning more to make a
cardigan. :-)
