what about mofas? http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/Key:mofa that's a class of bicycles with an assisting motor, regulated for a maxspeed of 25km/h, and what about electric bicycles? FWIW, in Germany they are allowed outside closed settlements and forbidden inside. cheers, Martin
