Thanks everyone for your feedback about the highway=social_path proposal. Based
on the clear consensus in the email and wiki responses, we decided not to
pursue a vote on the tag. We have withdrawn the proposal, and we'll move
forward using a combination of highway=path, access=no, informal=yes.
