This is a dangerous dependency - if the way is reversed by another
mapper, the all "oneway" tags become invalid.
Maybe you're unfamilar with it, but this is exactly how oneway traffic
on roads (and waterways) has worked since the year dot in OSM. Changing
this wouldn't necessarily be "dangerous", but it would be very confusing.
