Bicycle and hiking routes are not rendered by the Standard OSM
rendering (don't know about OSMAnd)
OSMAnd renders routes .. if you turn that option on.
OSMAnd does not render the semicolon separated mtb;hiking routes, just
the singular ones.
OSMAnd separates cycling display from foot display .. and car display,
so you don't get both types of routes together.
That saves some confusion with the amount of data to render, and places
the relevant information at the forefront of the display.
