How should we tag rows of blocks used for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, such as those shown in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hostile_vehicle_mitigation#/media/File:Dusk_at_Terminal_3_-_geograph.org.uk_-_610450.jpg ?
The mapping instructions at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:barrier%3Dblock show how to map a block barrier across a way, but not for an area. I think barrier=blocks would be suitable --- any thoughts? John
