OK, let's split this into two votes. I'm:

for renaming JDBC to "DBTags", and:
+1
for renaming SQL to "SQL Sample Taglib" and moving it to the
"UNSUPPORTED" state per the prospective Taglibs release rules, as soon as
the news portion of the site goes live. At that point, we should probably
post a single binary for SQL and remove it from the daily builds.
