If you are trying the "Upgrade from ISO" option of Tails Installer to
upgrade from version 1.0.1 to version 1.1, you might be facing this kind
of error, as this is broken in the migration from 1.0 to 1.1. To solve
this, you should either:
- Use "Clone and upgrade" from a DVD or a manually installed USB
stick.
- Follow those specific instructions from the 1.1 release notes:
