I do the testing in a separate directory, and I cocked up the script and used the test directory rather than the master directory to upload from (hence the reason it seemed to work OK for me - I always rebuilt the files in the test directory). I have been creating the files every night, but just not uploading the damn things... It's now uploading the correct files I think - I guess we'll find out tomorrow morning...
