John was right about the "tertiary" vs "residential" labelling. The suburb (Harrington Park, NSW) doesn't have any tertiary roads - I went for a drive there this afternoon. It's all just residential - a suburb full of McMansions. Whoever tagged them was being a bit careless. I've fixed all the tertiary roads, corrected a lot of errors from some sloppy Yahoo tracing, and added a lot of missing street names.
When tagging roads, what do you use for roads in a purely industrial area? There isn't anything for "industrial", so I've been changing "unknown" and "No preset" to "residential" when adding in street names.
By the way, I've now got JOSM to work with Yahoo images, and tried it out on this job. I'm not impressed. Image resolution is crap compared to Potlatch.
