Agreed with Warin, the name key is for the name only not a description like "Truck Parking" http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only I would go one step further and use hgv=designated on the amenity=parking node/way to indicate that trucks are preferred in this parking area and remove "Truck Parking" from the name.
