In some places, information of this nature is subject to copyright restrictions. In my experience Western Australian government information has been generally subject to restrictive copyright. Does OSM have permission to use this information? If so, it should be included in the attributions on the OSM contributors page at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributors#Western_Australia
I am a regular user of public transport and support OSM including information for public transport users, provided we have the required permissions.
