The manteinance is not the problem.
I'm wondering about narrow roads (5m) that are secondary or even

Isn't it only 5m west of Holguin?

There are already finished bridges, that are not connected to the 
road. They look like builded in the 80th too.

I just de-classified the last one to tertiarry, because it doesn't 
connect cities and there's only a bit traffic before and after those 
few planes per week arrive and depart at Holguin.

Isn't the road between Moa and Baracoa impassable for vehicles due to 
damages?
