Die allermeisten router werfen alle wege weg die nicht aufgrund der highway tags auf Auto Nutzung hinweisen. Ich denke wir finden auch Beispiele mit Fahrradstraße. Das ist am ende ein cycleway motor_vehicle=destination oder so. Alle wege sollten nutzbar sein am Ende oder Anfang der route, und alle access restrictions sollten wie ein access=destination benutzt werden.
