In JOSM, you can search (CTRL-f): type:node tags:0 user:"OSMF Redaction Account"
And the same for ways. type:way tags:0 user:"OSMF Redaction Account" If you want to highlight them, you can use MAPCSS to accomplish that. All the tools are there, it's just a matter of learning how to use them.
