Yes, it's true and you can assign different names to a street, for example,
you can put the next one:

'El Campo de Mirra/Camp de Mirra'. official_name='El Campo de Mirra/Camp de
Mirra', name='Camp de Mirra', *name:es*='El Campo de Mirra', *name:ca*='Camp
de Mirra'.
