Hola. No se si puede valer, pero el IGN publicó unas Directrices Toponímicas de uso internacional para editores de mapas y otras publicaciones. [1]
En la página 26 establece como se deben rotular el principio y palabras intermedias de un topónimo. No estaría mal seguirlas ¿no?.
