Je trouve encore plus tordu la combinaison highway=cycleway + foot=yes. La description du wiki http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Tag:highway%3Dcycleway est pourtant suffisamment claire. Cycleway c'est pour les cyclistes, point. Si piétons et cyclistes (ou autres non motorisés) sont autorisés, on emploie highway=path...
