Dans le wiki, on a bien une page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:bath:type%3Dthermal mais il n'y a aucune idée de soin médical. Vous mettriez quoi ? On crée un tag healthcare = water_cure ou healthcare = thermal ?
