As best as I can tell, United Kingdom has had 187 new users since April 1st. Which is a lot (an average of 17 a day) of people to welcome. I've had about 25 or so since Apr 1st. In the same period, England had 144. More volunteers to welcome new mappers or selecting a small area of the country might help get the number down to a more manageable size. Some days, welcoming people goes quickly, but other times, providing comments on their edits can take time. Be nice if this were automated, but the only thing automated is providing you with a list of users to manually welcome. > > - We would need to agree the best text.
