I was more suggesting a person opting to submit a known postcode, and
have that result be marked in OSM. Probably using a mobile app using
OSM and querying the finder.eircode.ie up to 15 times a day.

If that was OK then OSM could launch something before other companies do it.
Postmen could even use it for the funny people who only put on the code.

Is converting a postcode to co-ordinates allowed with no fee up to 15
times a day?
