I'm still not satisfied to use something with "time" in it like
"historic" as part of a list with timeless words describing states.
levelled or disappeared might be better suitable to this list:
- proposed/planned
- construction
- ()
- disused
- abandonded(/dismantled)
- levelled/disappeared
