Well as to vista I think it will own. Yes I am sighted and that is why I am
saying it. Vista was designed for the sighted user with things such as
window previews 3D rotation and sidebars as well as the new colour scheme.
So with all that vista will own in my opinion. But as to other aspects other
then some security crap nothing has really changed. So in the end it is up
to you. All I am going to say is don't hate on what you haven't tried.
