That license thing doesn't seem realistic. What about stuff you recored
yourself, or Andre music, or stuff like that? Not everything that doesn't
have a license is illegal, so they can't really do that.

Actually I think the license thing is a false rumor because I am using the
beta of the new media player and it has no new DRM stuff at all. Infact it
supports a lot of new formats. Although still not ogg

I think it will own in many aspects but it will suck in the locking down
of
things. For example,any music content you play needs a microsoft licence.
If it doesn't have that, the computer locks down the soundcard, according
to
early reports.

Well as to vista I think it will own. Yes I am sighted and that is why
I am saying it. Vista was designed for the sighted user with things
such as window previews 3D rotation and sidebars as well as the new
colour scheme.
So with all that vista will own in my opinion. But as to other aspects
other then some security crap nothing has really changed. So in the
end it is up to you. All I am going to say is don't hate on what you
haven't tried.

windows vista appears to be the suck i have yet to see anything that

Well, as far as I'm concerned, windows vista will suck and lose,
and just totally be the utter blah.
Thus, I'm not upgrading.
If I can hang on too, and maintain a windows 98 machine for dos
things, then I can surely let this box and future versions of it,
run on xp for a jolly good long time.
