Hi: It could be your e-mail provider.
I think it is Yahoo who was attaching something to some of my e-mails
automagically without my permission on one list I am on but havent been on
that list in some time now so don't know if the behavior persists today.
But it does sound like either a Provider problem handling doing several
things at the same time or perhaps a setting where some other object like a
default Microsoft file is trying to handle your requests along side the
providers normal handling of the request.
Call your e-mail provider and let them figure it out - that is what they are
paid for.
That is the easiest way to narrow the problem down and at worst you might
get some ideas of what to look at next to determine what is causing the
problem.
