Hi Reg, If this isn't a window-eyes problem, a starting point maybe the event log.
There maybe too many entries as I write, so you may want to start with a new log. Others i am sure can tell us both how to do this. Then to delve further: the information on this page may help, but it would take me out of my comfort zone unless it was my problem.
