I installed from the WE 9 CD and tried to install the upgrade, that's when I
got the message that it could not upgrade this version. I haven't
uninstalled yet. Can you download a full version of 9.1?

if it still won't install use a full install cd useing narrator or nvda
and arrow to custom and use the emergency removal tool that is on the cd.
i don't think this option is availible with the 9.1 downloadable upgrade.
