Okay, Brendon. So we both learned from Mark about the difference with
Window-Eyes for Office, which is not what Loy is running. So he cannot
download a full install of 9.1.
Yes, I know you're trying to help. But no, I am not going to ignore
incorrect information that is going to waste the time of others or cause
them more problems because you don't want to hear it. The purpose of
this list is to help each other. That is what I'm trying to do. And if I
post incorrect information I welcome a correction.

if it still won't install use a full install cd useing narrator or nvda and
arrow to custom and use the emergency removal tool that is on the cd. i don't
think this option is availible with the 9.1 downloadable upgrade.
