Hi All:
I'm running Word 2013 on my machine with Window-Eyes 9.1. When I want to print an envelope or address labels in the mailings tab, WE says the boxes for entering in address information are 'Rich Edit', however, I can't use the arrow keys to go back over what I've entered into these boxes. I have to type very carefully and hope I don't make any mistakes. I tried re-detecting the cursor using ctrl+insert+c, and WE says 'No cursor detected. I tried re-classing the control with insert+r, and the re-class dialog doesn't come up. My set files are up to date. Anyone have any suggestions of what else I can do?
