Hi, I would also like to add that I've noticed that I am better to wait after entering navigation keystrokes on web pages to give the screen reader time to process the input. Back in the days of WE 8.4, it didn't matter if you entered multiple keystrokes, for, if the screen reader was busy, previous keystrokes were ignored. In 9.1, however, because there's a lot of processing of web content going on in the background, it's possible to jam up the works if you enter too many keystrokes.

A PC with 2 GB of RAM will run fine most of the time, but occasionally need more than 2 GB. This causes it to swap some data to the hard drive and back, which is very slow. I think that 4 GB is enough to avoid that situation. But other things happen which can make a processor too busy, and having more RM might actually slow things down slightly. The tricky part, for us and AI Squared, is to identify scenarios where too many things are happening at once, causing the PC to slow down, hesitate for many seconds, or crash altogether. For most of these crash reports, we don't hear which anti-malware program is running, how many browser tabs are open, whether this involves a web page that uses flash or a proprietary media player, media playing in the background, AMD vs. Intel processor, type of graphics adapter, or a host of other variables. I hope when we report these directly to the AI Squared support e-mail or phone number that we are more complete in our descriptions of the scenario. I have Windows Vista and WE 8.4. I'm not sure how much ram I have. The speech loss and crashing happens in the early morning and sometimes with word 2010. Most of the time doing control alt w brings it back. However, sometimes I have to do a hard reset. Sometimes even rebooting doesn't bring speech back. Is there any way to solve this problem?
